Booking terms
These terms apply to every villa booked through Marrakech Holidays Villa. They are short on purpose: there are no hidden fees and no security deposit.
1. Enquiry and quote
Send us your dates, the number of guests and the villa you are interested in. We check availability and reply with a written quote. Nothing is booked until you confirm the quote and pay the deposit.
2. Deposit on a villa booking
To confirm a villa booking, you pay a deposit of 30% of the rental price by bank transfer. The bank details are given with the quote. The booking is confirmed when the transfer is received, and we send you a written confirmation. This deposit applies to villa rentals only.
3. Balance
The remaining 70% is paid on site, on arrival at the villa.
4. Security deposit
We do not ask for a security deposit.
5. Cancellation
Villa bookings are not cancellable. Once the deposit is paid, it is not refunded if you cancel, whatever the reason or the date. We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation.
6. Changes to a booking
If you would like to change your dates or your villa after confirmation, contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and are confirmed in writing.
7. Activities, excursions and services
Activities, excursions, transfers and concierge services are booked separately from the villa, and the 30% deposit does not apply to them. Their conditions are confirmed with your quote.
