Concierge
Marrakech concierge services
Personalised assistance throughout your stay in Marrakech, whether you are in one of our villas, in a riad or in a hotel. Tell us what you would like to do and our team arranges it, from your arrival at the airport to the last dinner of the trip.
What we arrange
Each service is quoted separately before you confirm, so you choose exactly what to include.
Airport transfers and private drivers
A driver meets you at Marrakech Menara Airport and takes you straight to your accommodation. During your stay, a car and driver can be kept at your disposal for a half-day, a full day or the whole trip.
Restaurants and evenings out
Tell us the kind of evening you want, from a quiet dinner in a riad to a lively night out, and we reserve the tables and arrange the ride home.
Private chef and groceries
A chef can cook at your villa or riad for breakfast, a long lunch by the pool or a celebration dinner. We can also have the kitchen stocked before you arrive.
Excursions, activities and guides
Day trips to the Atlas Mountains, the Ourika Valley, Ouzoud or Essaouira, a day or an evening in the Agafay desert, and private guides for the Medina and the souks.
Spa and hammam
Hammam rituals and massages booked in a spa in Marrakech, chosen for the size of your group and the time of day that suits you.
Celebrations, weddings and corporate stays
Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and company retreats, in one of our villas or at a venue of your choice, with the suppliers, timings and guest transport coordinated for you.

Questions guests ask
When should we book concierge services?
As early as you can once your dates are set. Popular restaurants, private chefs and drivers get busy at weekends and in high season, and some excursions start early in the morning.
How are concierge services priced?
Each service is quoted separately before you confirm, so you know the cost in advance. Nothing is booked without your agreement.
Can we add services once we have arrived?
Yes. Contact us during your stay and we will arrange what we can at short notice.
