How it works
The principle is simple: the car and the driver are yours for the period you book, and the waiting time is part of the service.
You set the programme
There is no fixed route. You say where you want to go, and you can change your mind during the day.
The driver waits
Between journeys the driver stays with the car, so you are never looking for a taxi and your things stay in the vehicle.

Choosing between a driver and an excursion
Both put you in a private vehicle with a driver, but they answer different needs. An excursion is a planned day to a named place, with a programme and a price for that day. A driver at your disposal is the opposite: no programme, no destination decided in advance, and the day belongs to you.
If you already know you want the Ourika Valley or the Ouzoud waterfalls, book the excursion. If you want to move around Marrakech and its surroundings freely, take the driver.

Questions guests ask
What is the difference with an airport transfer?
A transfer is one journey from A to B. Here the car and the driver stay with you for the period you book: they wait between journeys and you decide where to go next.
Can we keep the same driver for several days?
Yes. Tell us the days you need and we keep the same driver and the same vehicle for the whole period whenever we can, which is simpler for everyone.
Is the driver also a guide?
No. The driver drives, helps with the luggage and knows the city, but guiding inside the Medina and the monuments is a separate, licensed job. If you would like someone to walk you round and explain what you are seeing, tell us and we add a licensed guide.
What languages do the drivers speak?
French and English. Tell us which you prefer when you book and we assign the driver accordingly.
Do we have to be staying in one of your villas?
No. The service is open to everyone staying in Marrakech, in a villa, a riad or a hotel.
Can we book it at the last minute?
Often yes, but drivers are busy at weekends and in high season. Ask as early as you can, and we will tell you straight away what is possible.
