What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send through our enquiry form, by email or by WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, the villa or service you are interested in and your message. We also record the page from which the form was sent.

To protect the form against spam, the server temporarily records a pseudonymised version of your IP address to limit the number of messages sent from the same connection.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, check availability, prepare a quote and, if you book, organise your stay and the services you have asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes, this page will be updated and your consent will be requested where required.

Who can see your data

Your enquiry is read by our team. Our website and email are hosted by our hosting provider, which processes the data on our behalf. When you book, we share only the information needed with the providers who deliver your services, such as the villa, the driver or the excursion guide.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and to follow up on your stay. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by emailing sales@marrakechholidaysvilla.com. We reply as quickly as we can. Visitors in the European Union have the rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.
