What we coordinate
An event in a villa involves more people than it seems. We coordinate them for you:
- the choice of villa, checked against the number of guests and the villa's rules on events;
- meals at the villa, from a private chef for a dinner to a full celebration menu;
- suppliers for the setting, such as decoration, flowers and music;
- airport transfers and transport for guests on the day;
- excursions and activities for the days around the event.
Each service is quoted separately, so you decide what to include.
Start with the right villa
For most events, the villa decides everything else: how many guests can stay, where the dinner takes place and whether music is possible in the evening. Our large villas for groups are the usual starting point.
Guests arriving from abroad can be met at the airport with our airport transfers, and the days around the celebration can include excursions from Marrakech.
Questions guests ask
Can we invite guests who are not staying at the villa?
It depends on the villa. Each property has its own rules on outside guests, numbers and music. Tell us the size of the event and we suggest villas where it is allowed.
How far in advance should we plan an event?
As early as possible. Large villas and popular dates are booked well ahead, and weddings in particular need time to plan the suppliers and guest travel.
Can you help with guests arriving from abroad?
Yes. We plan the airport transfers, suggest accommodation for guests who are not staying at the villa and organise excursions for the days around the event.
How is an event priced?
Every event is quoted individually, based on the villa, the number of guests and the services you choose. Each item is listed in the quote before you confirm.
