About the villa

A stepped path between clipped hedges and bougainvillea leads to a tall wooden door and an entrance courtyard of fan palms. Inside, corridors run beside glass-walled patios planted with olive trees, cacti and river stones, so the garden is visible from the middle of the house.

The living spaces are generous: a living room with velvet sofas and white columns opening onto the palm garden, a lounge with teal sofas, a living room with sculptures and a red painting, and a dining room with a table for twelve beside glass walls onto an olive patio. A second dining room has a long marble table.

The ten bedrooms and suites have upholstered headboards, armchairs and glass doors onto the garden or a cactus patio; several suites have a brick fireplace and a sitting area. The bathrooms have stone or concrete vanities, mosaic splashbacks and walk-in showers.

Outside, the long pool is lined with sun loungers, and canopied daybeds stand on the lawn; at dusk the villa, the daybeds and the pool are lit. Ten bedrooms spread between the patios give a large group room to separate during the day and come back together around the long pool at dusk.

How booking this villa works

The same four rules apply to every villa we rent. No hidden fees.

30% to confirm

A deposit of 30% of the rental price, by bank transfer. The booking is confirmed when the transfer is received, and we send you a written confirmation.

70% on arrival

The balance is paid on site, when you arrive at the villa. Nothing else is due before your stay.

No security deposit

We do not ask for a security deposit, and nothing is held on your card.

Not cancellable

Once the deposit is paid it is not refunded, whatever the date. We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.

How many people can stay at Villa Ayyur?

Villa Ayyur sleeps up to 20 guests, with one or two people in each of its 10 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Is the pool private?

Yes. The pool is for the exclusive use of the villa guests.

Is staff included in the rate?

On-site security is included in the rate. Housekeeping, a caretaker, a private chef, private transport, airport transfers, babysitting and activities are arranged on request and quoted separately; tell us what you need and we will price it with your stay.

How much does it cost?
