About the villa
The two-storey villa faces its pool across a lawn. A wide glass door from the lounge, and a sliding door from the corner sofa, look straight out to the water, the sun loungers and the olive trees.
The living space is one open room: velvet sofas around a padded feature wall, a dining table for eight and a fitted kitchen along the back. The four double bedrooms have Berber rugs and lantern wall lights; one opens onto a garden terrace through a glass door, and each has its own bathroom. Four bedrooms around one open living space make Idir simple to live in, for a family or a few friends who want a contemporary house rather than a grand one.
How booking this villa works
The same four rules apply to every villa we rent. No hidden fees.
30% to confirm
A deposit of 30% of the rental price, by bank transfer. The booking is confirmed when the transfer is received, and we send you a written confirmation.
70% on arrival
The balance is paid on site, when you arrive at the villa. Nothing else is due before your stay.
No security deposit
We do not ask for a security deposit, and nothing is held on your card.
Not cancellable
Once the deposit is paid it is not refunded, whatever the date. We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
